You prefer Swedish or English? Doesn’t matter!

In this starter pack you can choose from a Swedish or English set-up. When you start working in Business Central you choose if you want to have the system in Swedish or English.

Excel can simplify your daily work

Excel can be a real timesaver and now you can use it as an integration in Business Central. Add filters in different lists or reports and send them to Excel to continue and analyze the outcome. You can also use Excel to update your registers and therefore simplify your daily work.

Better follow-up

Get in total control over what invoices that are paid, and what invoices that aren´t. With better insights in Business Central you can have an easy follow-up and find relevant information about your customers.

Never, ever, miss a payment

Now you can receive the information on your first page if you have invoices that are overdue. The system can easily help you to create a payment suggestion to upload at your bank and have files that report back to you to close your open vendor posts. Now you are the boss over your own payments.

Are you up and running in another system today?

No worries, we can fix that. If you export your vendor- or costumer register in your current system to Excel, we can help you migrate it to Business Central. And if you have opening balances we can help you with that as well, then you will have a clean cut between your two systems and don´t have to miss a payment. We will also migrate General Ledger entries for the last 12 months if you want us to.

Make right decision from right numbers

Are you already working with dimensions for tracking? That’s great, then we can help you to import them to Business Central. If you aren´t using it, now is the time to start! Documentation on how the dimensions work is included in this package. If this isn´t enough? You have the possibility to use more advanced tracking in the Power BI add-in.

Create invoices directly from Outlook

One unique part when using the Office 365 platform is the possibility to integrate it to other products from Microsoft. A way to save money and time. This is a great example; the integration between Outlook and Business Central makes it possible to update your customer card, create invoices and more, from within your email conversation. You choose what to do without having to log in to Business Central to do it.
